Accepting new patients
Move without pain again
One-on-one physical therapy in South Tampa. A full hour with your therapist, every visit, and most patients are seen within two business days.
- Most major insurance accepted
- Direct access — no referral needed
- Same therapist every visit
- Evening appointments
What we treat
A plan built for your problem, not a protocol
You get a full hour with the same therapist every visit, and a home program short enough that you will actually do it.
-
Back & neck pain
Hands-on treatment plus a home program you will actually do. Most patients feel a meaningful change inside three visits.
-
Post-surgical rehab
ACL, rotator cuff, joint replacement. We coordinate directly with your surgeon and follow their protocol.
-
Sports injuries
Return-to-sport testing rather than guesswork, so you go back when the leg is ready and not before.
-
Balance & fall prevention
Vestibular and strength work for older adults, with objective balance scoring at intake and discharge.
-
Hand & wrist therapy
Tendinopathy, carpal tunnel, and post-fracture stiffness, including custom splinting on site.
-
Dry needling & manual therapy
Used as one tool inside a plan, never as the whole plan. Included at no extra charge.
Not sure if we can help?
Call and describe what is going on. We will tell you straight, including when you should see someone else instead.
Your care team
You will see the same person every visit
No handoffs to an aide, no rotating schedule. The therapist who evaluates you is the therapist who treats you.

Questions
The things people ask before they call
These answers are also marked up as FAQ structured data, so search engines and AI assistants can quote them directly.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
Not in Florida. Direct access lets you see a physical therapist for up to 30 days without a referral. Some insurance plans still require one for coverage, and we check that for you before your first visit.
What will it cost me?
We verify your benefits before you come in and give you the number in writing. Self-pay is $120 for a full hour with no facility fees. We will never start treatment before you know the cost.
How long is each appointment?
A full 60 minutes, one-on-one with your therapist. You will not be handed off to an aide or put on a machine in the corner.
How soon can I be seen?
Most new patients are seen within two business days. Call and ask about same-day openings if you are in acute pain.
What should I bring to the first visit?
Photo ID, your insurance card, and shorts or loose clothing you can move in. If you have had imaging or surgery, bring the report if you have it.
Is my health information kept private?
Yes. We follow HIPAA, and our Notice of Privacy Practices is available at the front desk and linked in the footer of this site. Please do not include medical details in the website contact form — call us instead.
